ARE YOU STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS? WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Yes. We know your business’s ability to market its services, optimize fleet advertising and communicate with customers is essential—especially in the wake of this national crisis. Currently, we are maintaining normal hours of operation: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In most cases, we can meet normal turnarounds, and we will keep you updated if delays arise.

At this time, most of our customers choose to pay invoices by phone and utilize our easy outdoor pickup and drop-off processes—rather than entering our shop. On rare occasions when lobby entry is necessary, please help us protect our team members and their families by wearing a face mask or cloth face-covering as recommended by the CDC.

WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS?

Our brick and mortar location is still open, but many of our customers choose to call in their product and service requests. To safeguard onsite clients and employees, our Charlottesville, VA vinyl wrap shop has implemented the following protocols:

Whenever possible, we maintain proper social distancing inside our facility.
We ask customers to wear masks inside our lobby. As of April 3, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended that people wear cloth/fabric face coverings when making essential trips or entering public spaces. Please help us protect our team members and families by complying with this CDC guidance.
At some point, we may limit the number of customers allowed in our shop at a given time. Should this occur, incoming customers will be asked to wait outside until entry is safe. Thanks in advance for your patience. We are working to address your needs in a safe, efficient manner.
Performance Signs’ staff are frequently sanitizing interior surfaces and customer/employee touchpoints inside our shop.
After completing your vehicle wrap, we will disinfect the steering wheel and applicable vehicle surfaces.
Employees who are ill or have sick family members are expected to remain at home.
